Oh New York..!!

We were two days in New York…

It was wonderful! New York is an unbeliable city! I love it!!

We visited very importants places.

First we stopped in the Rockefeller Centre and we had free time and we alked in the 5ª avenue! We bought some shirts,postals and we ate a hot dog in the street!

After that we saw the city by bus,with a Spanish guide who explained us about the city.

We stopped in importants places like Harleem, Central Park, the Dakota building, in China town (we bought some things there) zero zone….

Finally, we went to the hotel (nice) and we had a shower and we went to see Mary Poppins! We went to the theatre walking in Time Square! So big…!

The musical was nice,very interesting because the actress and the actors song very well,and Mary Poppins flew above us!

After the musical we had two hours of free time,we were in a lot of shops like Billabong, Quicksilver, in the Hard Rock, we wanted to go to the big Toys’R'us, but it was closed…!

We visited the mm’s shop! It was very funny!

At eleven o’clock we went to the hotel and I played cards with my friends and we slpet,we were very tired…!

Was an unforgetable day…!

Hallowen Party.

We were in a special Halloween party,only for Spanish peolpe and our host brothers and sisters!

It was funny,we made our pumkins with differents faces and Jorge won the winner.

Everybody was with a costume,and there were very funny people!

We danced and we ate the food what our families took to the party.

-I like how different they are,they do things much differents than around here, and it’s interesting.

-Why do you want to go to Spain?

-I want to go to Spain to learn about the different customs and to see everyone who came again.

-Do you like to stay with Ines in your house?

-Yes,of course!

-Yes,I’m cheerleading,I love it!

On Tuesday I was playing basketball with Katie,Javi and Laura in Katie’s house!

One special day

 Yesterday the classes were very short because there was a teachers meeting and Laura and I went with Kristen’s mother to her work.

She works in an Elementary School with children of 5 years old.

I had fun with Laura and the children!

And after that we went with the other Spanish to the High School, we played Spanish cards with our host brothers and sisters and I went with Laura Celix to her house,we ate some food and we returned to the High School, to go to the Celtic’s game!

We were in Newport!

On Tuesday we went to Newport (where O.C. is filmed!)

We were in two very,very big houses:

 -The Breaker’s (I liked it very much, everything is decorated with Gold, marble, platinium…) and there was a fountain inside the house! And the garden… it’s beautiful!

-And the other house was Rosecliff.

Other mansion with a museum inside. And very big too. And this house’s garden was very,very big too! We have a nice photos there.

After see the house,we were having lunch and in the Starbucks!

And in Milford we were with Laura Celix and Javier Vara in Katie’s house playing basket and having dinner (happy birthday Jack!)

After the dinner we went to see the theatre.

I had fun, it was a nice day…
