Their classes

The american students only have four or five subjects ever 3 months!

I think this is easier for them, it’s easier to study only 4 or 5 subjects than to have to study like ten like us!

Rachel,my host sister,has English (like we have lengua), Spanish, Gym or band and Chemistry (this last was the most boring class!)

I always went with her to her classes, and I think it’s easier than my classes.

an accident in the high school

One day,when we were in Boston there was an accident in the High School…

Our friends told us that someone saw a man with an arm, and the students had to stay underground in class,with the light off and the door close with key!

I think they had to stay very nervious… It’s so strange that this thing can to happen in a School… in my school in Spain we never make this!

But finally anything happens…!! uf!

                                               

One special day

 Yesterday the classes were very short because there was a teachers meeting and Laura and I went with Kristen’s mother to her work.

She works in an Elementary School with children of 5 years old.

I had fun with Laura and the children!

And after that we went with the other Spanish to the High School, we played Spanish cards with our host brothers and sisters and I went with Laura Celix to her house,we ate some food and we returned to the High School, to go to the Celtic’s game!

We were in Newport!

On Tuesday we went to Newport (where O.C. is filmed!)

We were in two very,very big houses:

 -The Breaker’s (I liked it very much, everything is decorated with Gold, marble, platinium…) and there was a fountain inside the house! And the garden… it’s beautiful!

-And the other house was Rosecliff.

Other mansion with a museum inside. And very big too. And this house’s garden was very,very big too! We have a nice photos there.

After see the house,we were having lunch and in the Starbucks!

And in Milford we were with Laura Celix and Javier Vara in Katie’s house playing basket and having dinner (happy birthday Jack!)

After the dinner we went to see the theatre.

I had fun, it was a nice day…

In the Black Stone

When we went to the Black Stone (the last Friday) we saw a lot of people working (or learning how to work) like carpenters,hairdressed….

And we took a group photo,of course!

Hi!

Today was my first day at school here in Milford. At first I went to a meeting. Then I went to class with Rachel. It was chemistry and it was very boring. Next I went to a cooking class with Andrea and Xuxi. We made cookies and I ate two! Then it was lunch time. The food was pretty good. The last class was Spanish. Javi and Victor went to this class, too.

After school the American students had practice for their sports. While Rachel had soccer I spent time with my friends outside and then at the swim meet.

I just had dinner with my “family” and in a little bit we are going to theater!
